4200 Characters graphic novel imprint announced, first volume "Unlucky Last" is now available

A decade in the making, Dreaming King announces its graphic novel imprint 4200 Characters.

Each 4200 Characters story will follow the same rules: it must be less than or equal to four thousand two hundred characters (letters, numbers, and spaces) in length, and told completely in one volume only.

Production on the first volume in the series, titled Unlucky Last, began in November 2021 and was completed in November 2022.

Unlucky Last's story follows an average man living an average life, who struggles with his place in the world.

Unlucky Last is now available for purchase in American English and British English editions on Amazon. Dreaming King anticipates announcing its plans for broader distribution in the near future.
